"I had the privilege of getting helped by Kerry. He went above and beyond to make sure we had every discount possible and had the best coverage possible. I mentioned my husband hitting a deer a while back and he recommended we go with a $0 deductible on Comprehension. He didn’t hesitate to answer any and all questions I had and made sure he gave his honest answer and let me decide what to do. I always dread looking for new car insurance, but Kerry definitely knows what he’s doing and was able to help more than enough! Thank you!!"

"My husband has been with this company for many years. They tried to make him liable for a claim he was in no way liable for because both parties were insured by statefarm. A guy name Christopher told me to chill as I attempted to give my husband advice. The entire claim process was horrible. They have multiple agents handling claims who appear to lack knowledge and good judgment. I recommend Geico. Geico is professional and handle their claims in a fair consistent manner."

"As a new GA resident and not knowing where to go for my insurance needs, I am WAY beyond thrilled that this office just-so-happened to be right near our new home. My agent, Heath, is always SUPER responsive!! He's been there for us for the simple things, like transferring our Auto Policy from out-of-state, to helping us navigate the odd situations that may arise, like if you (accidentally) forget to establish residency within the required 30-day period and end up facing a driver's license suspension in your previous state (whoops!!) and have to navigate that kind of crazy! Not only do we have auto, but now homeowner's and business as well. To be fully transparent; I appreciate Heath, and the rest of Ben's team, so much because every single time I need something (which is almost daily), Heath or Ben are right there. No joke! I think I owe them all WAAAYYY more than this review, I'm thinking gift baskets? Yeah...this office is that good! Why go anywhere else when you'll know you have a team in your corner, not just anytime, but EVERYTIME you need them?!"

From stopping in the office and everyone being so warm, to Ben coming to our house to help when a tornado came through our property and left significant damage, to calling late at night when we hit a deer, they always look out for us and really do show that neighborly side of what State Farm promises. You'd be crazy to go with anyone else!"
